WHO WE ARE

Dennis Taylor

Dennis started his career as an apprentice at Bryan Donkin Ltd in Chesterfield, where he learned the ropes of the design and manufacture of pneumatic conveyance equipment from end to end, transitioning through all departments, whilst earning his BEng and MA Industrial Management through full time and evening study. With a sound technical and operational background, he was challenged to sell casting for Bryan Donkin, a new line of revenue. Highly successful in his new role, Dennis became the youngest Sales Director the company had ever appointed. From there, Dennis moved on to managing director and group managing director roles of manufacturing companies in the UK, USA and China, with an exceptional track record of growing profitability, returning companies back to profit, setting up new businesses and disposing/right-sizing of activities at the end of their life cycle.

Inspired by challenge, Dennis is passionate about supporting clients in technical and commercial management roles. Clients benefit from his wide network of relevant, global contacts and life-long experience in the engineering world.

Anke Taylor

A marketing enthusiast, Anke started her marketing career at Mattel Toys, a global B-t-C brand, rising through the ranks to become Marketing Manager for the EEMEA region. To keep abreast of new marketing developments, Anke has topped up her MA-level marketing degree with international services marketing, business strategy, digital leadership and digital marketing post grad degree courses, enabling her to take on senior leadership roles in the Netherlands, her home country, in China, Europe and the UK.

Anke has a solid track record of delivering results, supporting business and market share growth through product launches, effective advertising, promotions and customer engagement.

Most recently Anke worked at a B-t-B engineering start up, where she devised an effective marketing strategy and executed it hands on, putting the business on the map in the building services market, with well established competitors and gaining a sizeable market share.

Anke will contribute her wealth of knowledge and experience to any given marketing challenge. Her passion is delivering consistent digital marketing programs across multiple channels and touch points.
